Canada travel plan for or a tourist visa – east coast

Day 1: Arrive in Toronto, Ontario – Toronto is Canada’s largest city and a major cultural and economic center. Spend your day exploring the city, including the CN Tower, the Royal Ontario Museum, the Distillery District, and the Hockey Hall of Fame. Stroll along the harborfront and catch a Blue Jays baseball game if they are in town.

Day 2: Niagara Falls day trip – Take a day trip from Toronto to see the magnificent Niagara Falls, just 1-1.5 hours away. You can see the falls from both the Canadian and American sides. Don’t miss taking a boat tour to see the falls up close in all their glory.

Day 3: Travel from Toronto to Montreal – Head out early on a scenic 8-hour train ride to Montreal. Montreal is a cosmopolitan city known for culture, food, and nightlife. Spend your evening exploring downtown, including Notre-Dame Basilica and the Old Montreal district.

Day 4: Explore Montreal – Enjoy the cafes, shops, and green spaces of Plateau Mont-Royal neighborhood. Stroll through the Botanical Garden, Biodôme de Montréal, and Olympic Stadium. Take in spectacular views from the Montreal Tower Observatory. Experience Montreal’s cuisine and nightlife at your choice of excellent restaurants, bars, and jazz clubs.

Day 5: Quebec City – Take a 3-hour train ride to the charming capital city of Quebec. Walk the cobblestone streets of Old Quebec, soak in the views of the St. Lawrence River, visit grand places like the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and Plains of Abraham, and warm up with a hot bowl of French-Canadian pea soup.

Day 6: Fly home from Quebec City – Head to the airport for your flight home, bidding adieu to a wonderful Canadian adventure!
